(THE PLOT)
[/font]
It has been one hundred years since Percy Jackson and his friends changed the course of the world. His adventures are legends now, stories told at bonfires in Camp Half-Blood even today. A century of peace has passed, but everyone knows that what goes up must come down and nothing lasts forever. Trouble is beginning to stir beneath the surface, and strife is bubbling between the gods and goddesses on Mount Olympus. Human news channels have stories of weather-related disasters, and while they have one reason to panic, the demigods at Camp Half-Blood have another. They are fully aware that the deteriorating weather means the gods are angry, but they have no idea as to why.
While confusion and chaos is developing on Earth, the trouble at Mount Olympus is proving only to rise. A few of the gods, it seems, have come to a conclusion that mortals are no longer needed. Similar to the problem a century ago, they have decided that humans have disgraced the Earth and turned what should have been good into something dreadful and bad. The few gods who think this have an idea that would wipe all mortals from existence, to give time for the Earth to heal, before they are introduced fresh. Overthrowing is not an issue, as gods are forbidden to trespass on one another's range if power. But with the gods at war, no one knows what will happen down on Earth. Will humans and demigods alike be able to survive the turmoil?
